Types of orders
BCM Begin Capital Markets CY Ltd provides its Clients with the following types of orders: Buy, Sell, Buy Limit, Sell Limit, Buy Stop, Sell Stop, Take Profit, Stop Loss, Trailing Stop.
Demo account
You are able to practice with a Demo account for the duration of 30 days. Once the 30 days period ends, you may upgrade your Demo account to Live account.
Trading conditions and specifications
BCM Begin Capital Markets CY Ltd provides its Clients with the following:
Wide variety of instruments to trade (Forex, precious metals and CFDs)
Trade with standard lot sizes
Spreads starting from 3 pips on the EUR/USD
Minimum initial deposit of $ 1000 as a wire transfer
Leverage up to 1:100 for professional clients**
*Margin requirement for opening new positions will be calculated based on the new reduced leverage.
** As per CySEC’s Announcement published of 28th March 2018 in relation to the Press Release for the product intervention measures on CFDs, issued by the European Securities and Markets Authority (“ESMA”), the leverage limits on the opening of a position by a retail client should be 1:30. If you are an experienced client and able to bare and understand the risks involved in the trading on higher margin, you may request a higher level of leverage and your request will be reviewed.
Swaps
Swaps will be charged at the end of each business day. Triple swaps will be charged on Wednesday.
Management fee
Holding Physical Stocks leads to the management fee which will be charged at the end of each business day. Please note, that on Wednesdays the fee will be tripled.
Margin Call
Clients will be warned by the platform at 100% margin level, that they are getting close to automatic liquidation of their position. Clients will only get an automatic margin call notification if they are logged into their trading platform. Therefore, clients are advised to log into their trading platform on a regular basis to ensure they monitor their Equity and any relevant notifications accordingly. Clients are also warned that the moment their margin level falls below 50%, the platform will automatically liquidate their positions.
Negative balance protection
The Company ensures, that the maximum loss for the Clients on an account basis, never exceeds the Clients’ available funds in the specific account. Thus, Clients’ balances are never negative, so you will never lose, more than what you have already invested, even in cases of strong fluctuations. The wise risk management is done by professional staff of experts, to ensure, that you won’t be exposed to unnecessary risks.
Dividend Settlement
Shares and Cash Indices (CFDs) reflect corporate events so you will be entitled to a dividend payment, if you have an open long position on the shares in question, and if you open a short position, a value equal to the dividend will be written off. If the dividend settlement relates to the Shares and Cash Indices which you trade and which were opened no later than on the day before the ex-dividend day, the company will apply the dividend settlement. In the case of CFD trades with individual shares, dividend settlement will be used as follows:
Clients holding long positions of individual shares (CFDs) and cash indices will be credited with dividends based on ex-dividend settlement.
Clients holding short positions of individual shares (CFDs) and cash indices will be deducted from dividends based on ex-dividend settlement.
Please note that dividends may be subject to tax. The Company may terminate or change the settlement of dividends, in particular on the basis of changes in the law, changes in the regulatory system, tax rates or withholding tax requirements to the relevant tax administrator.
Maintenance Fee
This is a charge of up to EUR 299 (or the equivalent in the chosen currency) or the lesser of the remaining balance in your account, which will be charged if the Trading Account is inactive or dormant for 1 month as specified in the Trading Terms and Conditions. The maintenance fee will be charged to accounts that fulfill the above conditions every month, starting from the first month of inactivity.
FTT
All transactions on Italian CFDs and ITA40s are subject to FTT. The tax is charged as a fixed fee related to the nominal value of the transaction, as shown below:
Up to the amount of EUR 2 500: 0.25 EUR
2 500 – 5 000 EUR: 0.5 EUR
5 000 – 10 000 EUR: 1 EUR
10 000 – 50 000 EUR: 5 EUR
50 000 – 100 000 EUR: 10 EUR
100 000 – 500 000 EUR: 50 EUR
500 000 – 1 000 000: 100 EUR
More than 1 000 000 EUR: 200 EUR
