Warner Bros Discovery is considering selling its music library, which may be worth more than 1 billion USD. The corporation is seeking for purchasers for the music copyrights that it possesses, although the process is still in its early stages. Warner Bros Discovery was established last year by the merger of AT&T Inc's WarnerMedia subsidiary and Discovery Inc. The purported proposal by Warner Bros Discovery would be the latest under head executive David Zaslav.

Boeing 737 MAX made first passenger flight in China after March 2019
A Boeing 737 MAX made its first passenger flight in China in over four years, marking a significant step forward in the American plane maker’s efforts to revive its business in the world's second-largest aviation market. The most popular Boeing model was grounded in March 2019 following tragic incidents in Indonesia and Ethiopia but resumed global service in late 2020 following aircraft improvements and pilot training.
Walmart provided GoLocal services to Salesforce clients
Walmart announced a collaboration with software giant Salesforce to provide store pickup and delivery services to its retail customers utilizing Walmart's enormous transportation network. Retailers and other businesses who host and operate their websites on Salesforce's e-commerce platforms will be able to leverage Walmart's GoLocal and Store Assist services to facilitate speedier order pickups and same or next-day deliveries to online consumers.
Porsche and Google in talks for cooperation
A source close to Porsche said that the firm is considering completely integrating Google software into its automobile cockpit, signalling a shift in strategy for the newly listed manufacturer. The agreement, which is only being explored for the Porsche brand and not for the Volkswagen Group as a whole, would allow Porsche customers to use Google applications such as Google Maps and Google Assistant without having to link the car to an Android phone.
Marvell and AMD announced management changes
Advanced Micro Devices and Marvell Technology, Inc. announced management changes after the market closed on Wednesday. Devinder Kumar, AMD's CFO, will retire on 23rd of January, and Marvell's Jean Hu will take Mr. Kumar's place as EVP and CFO. Kumar will stay at AMD until April 2023. Hu comes to AMD from Marvell, where she was CFO since 2016 and oversaw all financial planning, accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, and investor relations.
